Andy Berman (born February 24, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actor most famous for playing Chuck Coleman on The Wonder Years; his voice-over credits include Dib Membrane from Invader Zim. As a screenwriter, he co-wrote the extended pilot episode of the USA Network original series Psych with Steve Franks, as well as "Speak Now or Forever Hold Your Piece" (with Franks), and "9 Lives". He has also scripted three episodes of the ABC sitcom Freddie: "Dollars and No Sense (1x09)," "Freddie and the Hot Mom (1x20)" (with Kristen Marvin Hughes), and "Open and Shut (1x21)" (with Hughes). In 2000, Berman wrote and directed the short film Bit Players, starring Verne Troyer. Aside from Invader Zim, he is most well-known for his writing contributions to the show Psyche.

At InvaderCON 2011, fans requested he say "I love you, Zim!" as a Dib puppet, and he did as they asked.
