Officer Prambly is the chief of the Earth police force, and is best identified by his squinty eyes, square jaw and large, white, handlebar mustache.

He rarely appears without ordering his men to apprehend a fugitive from the law; every time, he uses the line "Get 'im!", which has become something of a running gag.

He appeared in only two Invader Zim episodes: Walk of Doom and Invasion of the Idiot Dog Brain, and had only two lines as well.
