Rarl Kove is an advisor to the two Irken leaders, Almighty Tallest Red and Purple. He appears to have his PAK on his chest with only two spots, while all other Irkens have their PAK on their back with three spots. He made his only appearance in episode Battle of the Planets, and had only one line. It is

uncertain what he said, as he was whispering to the Almighty Tallest at the time (however, it sounded like, "It is Invader Skoodge, sir.") His name is a play on Karl Rove, former advisor to President George W. Bush.

He is the only Advisor to appear in the series. Unlike most Irkens, he does not wear gloves. His name is an obvious reference to Karl Rove, former Senior Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to former President George W. Bush. Rarl Kove is of above average height for an Irken, and is one of the few Irken to have green eyes.
