Shloonktapooxis is a species of an unknown race, presumably conquered by the Irken Empire. He is a member of the Resisty, and is one of its only members who has numerous speaking lines. The only episode that he spoke in was Backseat Drivers from Beyond the Stars. He did appear a few times in the episode The Frycook What Came from All that Space as a cameo. His species seems to be one of small creatures who levitate within the confines of a cone-like device.

Shloonkapooxis is known particularly for his obnoxious sense of humor. He is voiced by Paul Greenberg, and he and Lard Nar are the only two Resisty aliens designed by the series creator, Jhonen Vasquez.
