See, the thing is that we already have qutie a few admins for this wiki, perhaps more than we even need. When we tried to hold a conference on the rules earlier this week, one of the concerns was that we didn't even have a set method for promoting users. While I'm all for rewarding users who have been a valuable asset to this wiki, I can't promise you a promotion. It wouldn't be fair to you to to the other admins, I can't go around willy nilly promoting people without discussing it.
Moreover, I haven't been extremely active here lately, so I can't say I've seen you around a lot, nor can I form proper judgment as to how you've been contributing. Have you discussed wanting to be an admin with anyone else here? It might be a good idea to do so. For the time being, I'll see what I can do about giving you a few more privileges. For example, if you don't already have rollback rights, I can at least do that for you.

Yup, she does have a point, we have quite a few admins (3 active (including me..)) for 6-7 editors, including the admins. So it would be pointless to have more admins, when the admins can already handle it.

Hey, I heard that you want a promotion. Well, good news and bad news: The good news is, I think that your recent activeness and beneficial edits would make you eligible for a promotion.
And now the bad news: As you know, we are going to be discussing improvements to the rules on the "Ways to Help the Wiki" talk page. One of the things we're going to standardise is the process by which one gets elected for a promotion. The way it is currently (asking at least two Admins for the rights) is far too disorganised and may be vulnerable to favouritism. Here's the basic way we're planning on doing it:
We create a page called "Requests for Access": Here, anyone who wants a promotion can create a new section (title contains their username and the position they wish to be promoted to), and under the title will write a few sentences describing why they think they deserve that rank. Under that will be two sub-headings titled "For" or "Against". Here, other users will vote for or against the person, and give reasons why they believe what they do.

So, yeah, I think yer due for a promotion. However, I can't guarantee that it will be for Admin. I'd suggest that you go for Rollbacker first. Like Olivia said, we already have too many Admins. Still, whatever you go for, I'd vote for you.

Well, I'll just say that you've been the only other consistent contributor here recently, and given that we're a little shorthanded here, and this Wiki REALLY needs a clean-up in many ways other than just typos.... We need another user whom we can always rely on to consistently oversee the activities around here.
I'm not suggesting that you go for Admin YET, but I think that you'll be up to the challenge when the time comes. I might talk with Olivia about that. However, we're planning on changing the way users apply for Admin (actually, we're working on completely reworking what currently passes as this Wiki's "Rules" page), so you might wanna wait 'till that's all fixed.

Alright, I'm done deleting. Also, while you were gone, we came up with the idea of "squads" or otherwise wiki projects to improve the wiki. Our discussion about this can be seen here. Currently, we have the Image Squad, Grammar Squad, the Universal Expansion Squad (making stub pages larger), and several other more minor ones. Give it a good read, and then, tell me if you want to be one of the Almighty Tallest of the Image Squad, since you're great at images. Well, I honestly don't think I'm the right person to ask; I am generally not an IZ shipping fan. I'd say your story's ok, but I think Gaz seems to lack that dark edge that defines her character. Yeah, I understand. I like the story itself, though Dib seemed to be kind of a "Mr. Obvious" when he said his line about falling down to the pointy rocks. How about saying something like: "Jump?! Did you notice those pointy rocks down there?!" I dunno, I felt that could have been a bit better.
And yeah, that's the problem with most shipping fanfiction: in order to play up the love, they sacrifice a portion of the character's personalities. Still, you could try to avoid this by kind of making Gaz's expression of affection more subtle, less verbal.

Here's the problem: You go AWOL WAYYY too often for me to trust you. Plus sysop or not, you can cleanup the wiki either way. The only reason you need to be a sysop is to ban really.

I have moved to ShoutWiki, yes? Vandalism spree ongoing here? Well... why not move to a better wiki farm. Like say, ShoutWiki. It allows vector skins, more skin choices, monobook even when not logged in. Since ZimFan is unhappy here, he should move to ShoutWiki. Again, I hate this place and how I am treated here. G'bye.
P.S. ShoutWiki has an Anti-Wikia Alliance which has everyone against Wikia there. I'm unhappy here, I'm gone. ShoutWiki needs more help. No need to be here. I recommend everyone who is reading this should leave this place now and get out. It would really appreciate the more needy wiki farm.
